Cadmium is a Subtle Toxin that Causes Many Diseases for Which Other Causes Have Been Proposed

In 1953, a Study by Dr. Isabelle Tipton Showed Cadmium Existed in the Kidneys of all Adult Americans

It's so ubiquitous in the environment that it's hard to avoid: rubber tires, plastics, pigments, plated ware, alloys, insecticides, and solders.

What is the Price We Pay?

High blood pressure is one, a major one. When it accumulates beyond the subtle stage, the kidneys and liver are damaged and blood pressure actually falls.

Emphysema is another effect of toxicity. It's argued that hypertension is mainly an environmental disease.

This toxin is a perfect example of an agent that accumulates in, and subtly toxifies, the environment, causing widespread and serious human diseases, most of which are fatal.

Cadmium is the Worst of the Bad Actors Among Metals

One of the results of toxicity is the weakening of the immune system. This weakness increases the organism’s susceptibility to attack by microorganisms, fungi, and parasites.

Many animal deaths are occurring throughout the world, and biologists are blaming these animal deaths to the actions of viruses, bacteria, and fungi as the causative agents.

The problem is that, even with the immediate cause of death being apparently clear, there's no real answer as to why so many animals in different places have become so vulnerable.

Autopsies Yield Some Clues

  • Animals have weakened immune systems
  • All animals examined carry high levels of PCBs, known to depress immune systems
  • Studies that fed contaminated fish to seals, with one group in clear water and the other group in contaminated water, showed that the contaminated water group had a weakened ability to fight off viral infections
  • Robert Stehbins, a leading amphibian researcher, showed that frogs can resist bacteria quite well normally, but exposure to toxins weakens the immune system, making frogs prey to the bacteria. He calls it an AIDS-like response.

This heavy metal is a serious actor and people should definitely try to rid themselves of their body burden of this nasty toxin.

Cadmium is just one of many heavy metals that damages us.
